The first step in your design process will be an estimate. At this time I will come out and meet with you to evaluate the topography (the slope and grade of your land), and then measure the area for your project.
This is a time to exchange ideas and thoughts about what you want the final result to be and incorporate those ideas into the design. I may take pictures of your house in order to aid in this process.
Afterward, it's on to the drawing board where I put my skills and years of experience to work. Most designs are one of a kind; no two projects are exactly alike.
The last thing to do before I begin is to finalize the plans and get your approval on the estimate. A contract will be signed and a start date decided on. Then we are ready to begin.
